Çok Değerli Yöneticilerimiz,

İslam Toplumu Milli Görüş Gençlik Teşkilatları, hiçbir insanı renginden ve ırkından dolayı ayırmadan Yunus Emre bakışıyla, ‘’Yaratılana hürmet vardır, yaratandan ötürü.’’ anlayışıyla hayırlı işleri temeline yerleştirmiş bir kurumdur.

İyiliğin, güzelin, adaletin ve faydalının bütün insanlara ulaşması içinde, ’‘Siz, insanların iyiliği için ortaya çıkarılmış en hayırlı ümmetsiniz; iyiliği emreder, kötülükten meneder ve Allah'a inanırsınız…’’ (Al-i İmran 110) anlayışını genel çerçeve olarak görmektedir.

IGMG Gençlik Teşkilatları, Yönetici el kitabı ile bünyesindeki birimlerin çalışma alanlarını, yöntemlerini ve metotlarını ortaya koymaktadır.

Teşkilat çalışmaları; halisane niyetle başlayan, organize gerektiren, koordine üzerine, metotlu çalışmalarla hedefe ulaşmak gayretiyle yapılan çalışmalardır.

Bu çalışmaların esasını niyet ortaya koyar. Niyetimizde Allah’ın rızasını kazanmaktır. Bu niyete hikmet ve güzel öğüt metoduyla organize olmak gerekir. Bunun içinde bütün çalışma alanları sistem ve metot üzerine yapmak gerekir. Bir düşünürün ifadesinde olduğu gibi, İsabetli metot, metotsuz isabetten üstündür. Vusule ulaşmak için usule uymak gerekir.

Yönetici el kitabımız Genç yöneticilerimizin kendi alanlarında hangi çalışmaları hangi metotla şube ve bölgelerde ortaya koyacaklar bunu ortaya koymaktadır. Verimliği artırmak, profesyonelce başarı ortaya koymak için bütün yöneticilerimizin yöneticilere sunulan yol ve metottan hareket etmesi gerekir. Niyetlerin aynı olmasıyla beraber çalışma esaslarının da müşterek olması gerekir. Teşkilat çalışmalarında Avusturalya’dan Kanada’ya, Balkanlar’dan Avrupa’ya aynı ideali aynı yöntem ve metotla ortaya koyan bir bütünlük içerisinde ortaya koymak gerekir.

Yönetici El kitabı bu minvalde hazırlanmış olup, kitabın hazırlanmasında emeği geçen Gençlik Teşkilatı Genel Merkez birim başkanlarına, komisyonlarda bu kitapçığın hazırlanmasında emeği geçen bütün genç kardeşlerime teşekkürü bir borç bilir, bütün yöneticilerimize başarılar dilerim.

Organization of work; pure faith until starting, which requires organized, on coordinated, methodical effort to reach the goal with the study of the work.

This study reveals the intention of the essence. Our intention is to win the pleasure of Allah. This intention should be organized with wisdom and good advice method. all work areas in which you need to do on the system and method. Administrator manual will reveal which of our young managers working in our branches and regional offices in their respective fields which method reveals it.
